DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure
Come.com respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice. We will review and respond to valid notices within 5 business days.
What this site contains
This site is an editorial review of the Come.com app. All text is original, written by our editorial team. We do not host the Come.com APK, do not embed copyrighted videos without permission, and do not reproduce operator content in full. We do use trademark names (Come.com, Dream11, etc.) under fair use for the purpose of editorial comment and comparison.
How to submit a DMCA notice
Send your notice to [email protected] with the following information:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The URL of the page on this site that contains the allegedly infringing content.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do with valid notices
If your notice is valid, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 5 business days.
- Notify the user who posted the content (if any) that we have removed the content.
- Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice and an opportunity to file a counter-notice.
Counter-notice
If you believe that the content removed under a DMCA notice is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected]. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the content that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or the district where the site operator is located.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content at our discretion.
Repeat infringers
We do not currently have a user-generated content system, so the "repeat infringer" policy under the DMCA does not directly apply. If we receive multiple valid DMCA notices about the same content, we will remove that content permanently.
Trademark notices
If you are a trademark owner and believe that use of your trademark on this site is not covered by fair use, send a notice to [email protected] with the same information as a DMCA notice.
